Websites for Building & Renovations

Win bigger projects from people who are serious.

Fewer enquiries, better ones. The goal isn't a full inbox — it's three or four genuine renovation projects a year with margin in them.

From $300 + GST · fixed quote before any work starts

One good project beats twenty tyre-kickers.

A renovation client spends weeks looking before they make contact. Almost all of that happens on their phone, and you're not in the room for any of it.

Projects worth having

Your finished work, photographed and written up properly, attracts people who want that standard and can pay for it. A thin site attracts people shopping purely on price.

Confidence before the first phone call

Handing someone a hundred thousand dollars of their house is frightening. Showing your process, your timeline, your guarantees and your completed work takes most of that fear away before they dial.

Enquiries you can qualify in a minute

Scope, rough budget range, timeframe and location captured up front, so you can tell at a glance which ones are worth a site visit.

How the site brings better projects in.

Nothing here is clever for its own sake. Each one exists because it moves the number you care about.

  1. 01

A portfolio that does the selling

Each project gets its own page: before and after, what the problem was, what you did, roughly what it cost. That's what a homeowner reads at 10pm while deciding who to call.

  2. 02

Qualify in the form, not on site

Asking for budget range and timeframe politely but directly costs you the enquiries that were never going anywhere, and keeps the ones that were.

  3. 03

Explain how a build actually runs

Most clients have never done this before. A clear page on stages, payments, variations and timelines positions you as the professional and heads off the awkward conversations later.

  4. 04

Proof you'll still be there at the end

Licensed Building Practitioner details, Master Builders or Certified Builders membership, guarantees, insurance, reviews. The things that separate you from the ute with a magnetic sign.

What you get, and what it costs.

One fixed quote, agreed before anything starts. No retainer, no lock-in, no surprises on the invoice.

Every site includes

  • Designed for a phone first, because that's where your customers are
  • Your own domain, set up and pointed properly
  • An enquiry form that emails you and keeps a record
  • Google Business Profile set up or tidied up
  • Search basics done right at launch, not retrofitted
  • Loads fast on a bad connection in a carpark
  • Secure certificate and hosting sorted

For building and renovation businesses, we add

  • Individual project pages with before-and-after photos
  • Budget and timeframe qualifying questions on the enquiry form
  • A page explaining your build process and guarantees

Fair questions.

The ones building and renovation owners actually ask, answered straight.

I get work through architects and referrals. Why bother?

Because both check you out anyway. An architect recommending you to a client will send a link. A referred homeowner will search your name. The site's job here isn't to find strangers — it's to make sure the introduction survives first contact.

Should I show prices?

Not line-item prices, no. But a range per project type — "this kitchen was around $45k" — does enormous filtering work. It costs you the enquiries that were never affordable and makes the realistic ones more confident.

I don't have good photos of my work.

That's the single highest-return thing you can fix, and it's worth paying a photographer for half a day on your next completed job. We'll build the site so the photos have somewhere to go when you have them.

How many pages do I need?

Usually fewer than people expect. Home, your work, how you work, about, contact — then a page per major project type. Depth in the project pages beats breadth everywhere else.

Tell us about the business.

No sales call, no pitch deck. Tell us what you do and where you're losing work, and we'll come back with a fixed price and an honest opinion — including if the answer is that you don't need us.
