Websites for Retail Businesses

More people in the door, more often.

More sales from the customers you already have, and more of the locals who don't yet know you exist — while protecting your margin instead of discounting for it.

From $300 + GST · fixed quote before any work starts

Foot traffic is the whole game.

Before someone drives to a shop, they check it's open, that it's worth the trip, and that you have the thing they want. If they can't, they go to the one they can check.

Found by people nearby, right now

Local search and an accurate Google listing is how someone five minutes away discovers you exist. Wrong hours or an unclaimed listing costs you sales daily and silently.

A reason to make the trip

What you stock, what's new, what's on this week. Enough to turn "I might go into town" into "I need to go in before Saturday."

Customers who come back

Repeat buyers carry the margin. Events, new arrivals and an email list you actually own are how you reach them without paying a platform for the privilege.

How the site brings people in.

Nothing here is clever for its own sake. Each one exists because it moves the number you care about.

  1. 01

    Hours, location and parking, unmissable

The three things every visitor checks first. Wrong or hidden, and you've lost a sale before anyone looked at a product.

  2. 02

Show the stock without a full online store

A proper e-commerce build is a big commitment. A well-photographed range with prices and an "ask us to hold one" button gets a lot of the benefit for a fraction of the cost.

  3. 03

    Promote without discounting

New arrivals, events, late-night shopping, workshops. Reasons to visit that don't cut into your margin the way a sale does.

  4. 04

    Build a list that's yours

Social reach is rented and keeps getting more expensive. An email list of your own customers is the one marketing asset nobody can take off you.

What you get, and what it costs.

One fixed quote, agreed before anything starts. No retainer, no lock-in, no surprises on the invoice.

Every site includes

  • Designed for a phone first, because that's where your customers are
  • Your own domain, set up and pointed properly
  • An enquiry form that emails you and keeps a record
  • Google Business Profile set up or tidied up
  • Search basics done right at launch, not retrofitted
  • Loads fast on a bad connection in a carpark
  • Secure certificate and hosting sorted

For retail businesses, we add

  • Opening hours, map and parking on every page
  • A product or range gallery with an enquiry-to-hold button
  • Email signup wired to your mailing list

Fair questions.

The ones retail owners actually ask, answered straight.

Do I need an online store?

Usually not at first, and often not at all. Stock management, shipping, returns and payment fees are a second business. Most retailers do better with a site that drives people into the shop, then add selling online later if demand is clearly there.

Social media is where my customers are.

For discovery, often true. But you don't own it, reach keeps falling, and an account can vanish overnight. The site is the part you control, and it's where people check you're real before making the trip.

Can I update the specials myself?

Yes, if you want to. We can set up a simple editor for the bits that change often and leave the rest fixed. Plenty of retailers prefer to just send us the changes — both work.

What does it cost?

From $300 + GST, quoted fixed up front. A gallery of ranges and an email signup sits a bit above that, and you'll know the number before anything starts.

Tell us about the business.

No sales call, no pitch deck. Tell us what you do and where you're losing work, and we'll come back with a fixed price and an honest opinion — including if the answer is that you don't need us.
