Websites for Nonprofits & Clubs

More members and volunteers. Less committee admin.

Growing participation and funding, without the secretary spending every Sunday night answering the same emails and chasing subs by hand.

From $300 + GST · fixed quote before any work starts

Everyone on the committee is a volunteer.

Whatever the site does, it has to make the admin smaller, not bigger. A site that needs a webmaster is a site that goes stale in six months.

Membership that grows itself

People find you, understand what you do, and can join without finding a committee member first. Joining should take two minutes at 9pm, not a form that has to be printed.

Funding without the awkward ask

A clear donation path, a sponsorship page for local businesses, and events people can actually pay for online. Asking is easier when the mechanism is already there.

Admin that shrinks

Every enquiry answered by a page is an email the secretary doesn't write. Meeting times, what to bring, how to join, who to contact — handled once.

How the site grows participation.

Nothing here is clever for its own sake. Each one exists because it moves the number you care about.

  1. 01

    Make joining a two-minute job

An online membership form that collects what you need and lands with whoever handles it, with payment attached if you take subs that way.

  2. 02

    Explain what you actually do

Most clubs are a mystery from the outside. Plain pages on your work, your meetings, and what a new member's first month looks like turn interest into attendance.

  3. 03

    Events that fill

A real events page with dates, details and registration. The thing people share when they're inviting a friend along.

  4. 04

    Donations and sponsors, properly handled

A donation button that works on a phone, a sponsors page that gives local businesses something visible for their support, and receipts handled sensibly.

What you get, and what it costs.

One fixed quote, agreed before anything starts. No retainer, no lock-in, no surprises on the invoice.

Every site includes

  • Designed for a phone first, because that's where your customers are
  • Your own domain, set up and pointed properly
  • An enquiry form that emails you and keeps a record
  • Google Business Profile set up or tidied up
  • Search basics done right at launch, not retrofitted
  • Loads fast on a bad connection in a carpark
  • Secure certificate and hosting sorted

For nonprofit and club businesses, we add

  • An online membership or volunteer signup form
  • A donations page and a sponsors page
  • An events page the committee can update

Fair questions.

The ones nonprofit and club owners actually ask, answered straight.

We have almost no budget.

Understood, and it's why this starts at $300 + GST. Tell us what the club can afford and what matters most, and we'll scope something honest rather than quoting for things you don't need.

Nobody on the committee is technical.

That's the normal case, and it shapes how we build it. The parts that change — events, news, notices — get a simple editor. Everything else is fixed and maintenance-free, so there's nothing to break when the committee changes over.

Can members pay subs online?

Yes. That's usually the single biggest admin saving available to a club, and it dramatically improves how many people renew on time.

We need more than a website — member records, subs, rosters.

Then say so. We also build membership and club management tools, and it's worth a conversation about where the real time is going before you spend anything on a website.

Tell us about the business.

No sales call, no pitch deck. Tell us what you do and where you're losing work, and we'll come back with a fixed price and an honest opinion — including if the answer is that you don't need us.
